Terms of service
These terms govern your use of GhostNumber. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use GhostNumber to commit fraud, harass others, evade legal investigations, or violate the Terms of Service of any platform you verify on. The legal responsibility for how you use the numbers is yours, not ours.
We may terminate accounts that we believe are using the service for illegal activity, with or without notice. Balance from terminated accounts is forfeited.
Payment and refunds
All purchases are made in USD equivalent at the time of top-up. Cryptocurrency conversion rates are determined by OxaPay at the moment of payment. You're responsible for choosing a reasonable amount — we don't accept disputes over rate fluctuations.
Refunds are automatic in the cases described in the Refunds section. We do not offer manual refunds outside of those automatic conditions.
We don't withdraw balance back to crypto. Balance is for buying numbers only.
Service availability
We aim for 99% uptime but don't guarantee it. If the service is unavailable when you need to use it, that's part of the risk of using a third-party service. We're not liable for missed verifications or downstream consequences.
Country and app availability changes over time as our upstream provider's coverage shifts. We do our best to keep the catalog accurate.
Account termination
You can terminate your account at any time from settings. We can terminate your account for ToS violations, fraud, or chargeback abuse, with or without notice.
Upon termination by us, balance is forfeit. Upon termination by you, balance is also non-refundable (but you can spend it down before deleting).
