Privacy policy
We take privacy seriously — that's basically the whole point of the product. Here's what we actually collect, what we don't, and what happens to it.
What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your email and a hash of your password (never the plaintext). We log timestamps for account creation, login, top-ups, and number purchases — these are required for fraud prevention and accounting.
When you buy a number, we record which number was issued to you, when, and the result (SMS received / refunded / expired). We retain SMS contents only briefly to display them; we don't archive them long-term.
What we don't collect
We don't ask for your real name, address, government ID, credit card, or bank info — none of those touch our system.
We don't run analytics or tracking pixels on our app. The marketing site may use lightweight first-party analytics (page views) but nothing that personally identifies you.
Who we share data with
We share the minimum necessary data with our payment processor (OxaPay) to settle transactions, and with our number-provider partner to actually issue numbers. We never sell data to third parties.
We will respond to legally binding requests from law enforcement when we have to. We don't volunteer data and we don't have data we don't need.
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time from the account settings page. Deleting your account anonymizes your record — your email is removed and no new logins are possible. Historical transaction logs may be retained as required by accounting law.
You can export your transaction history as a CSV from the Balance page.
