Refund policy
Refunds are automatic and instant for the cases listed below. No tickets to file, no support emails to send. Your balance is restored within seconds.
When you get a refund
1. SMS not delivered: if 15 minutes pass after you bought a number and no SMS has arrived, the session auto-expires and your balance is refunded in full.
2. Manual cancellation: while a session is active and waiting for an SMS, you can click "Cancel" to abort and get an instant refund. If the receiving service rejects the number before any SMS arrives, just hit Cancel — it works the same way.
When you don't get a refund
If the SMS arrives successfully, the purchase is final — even if you didn't end up using the code. The cost of the number was incurred at our upstream provider the moment the SMS was delivered.
If you make a typo and enter the number wrong in the receiving app, that's not refundable. The session is just used up.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go to your account balance, not to your original crypto wallet. You can immediately use the refunded balance to buy a different number.
We don't withdraw balance back to crypto under any circumstances. Plan your top-ups so you spend down what you put in.
